Event Description
The City of Fountain Economic Development Commission will be hosting its 4th speaker in the 2024 Business Education Speaker Series on Monday, July 8 @ 5:00 PM at the Welte Education Center (300 Lychman Drive, Fountain CO 80817). John Liosatos, Transportation Director at Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments, will be speaking on the Business Impact of Regional Transportation Planning in the Pikes Peak Region. Topics covered include the Long-Range Transportation Plan, Fountain-specific Transportation Improvement Projects, and a preview of the South Colorado Rail Park initiative.

Event is free to attend. Parking is available on the back side of the building (see image below). Presentation will be in room # A140. Doors will be unlocked until 5:30 PM after which a facility personnel will be present to let guests inside.
