Business After Hours

The Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce is delighted to support our members in hosting a Business After Hours networking event at their business location.  

Each month, a different member of the Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce will host a networking event at their business location.  This allows the business to showcase their business to a large audience.  Attending a few Business After Hours events prior to showcasing your own business is encouraged as it will give you the opportunity to observe, plan and develop your own successful event. You may even pick a theme or provide entertainment if you choose.

GUIDELINES FOR HOSTING:

  • Host must be a member of the Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce in good standing.

  • Business After Hours must be Second Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday of the month, 5pm-7pm.

  • The location of the event must be held at the host’s place of business or other accommodating space.

  • Host must ensure the event space is large enough to accommodate guests.

  • Host is responsible for providing food and refreshments. 

  • Host will supply a sign-in table, 2 chairs and a small waste basket.

  • When promoting your Business After Hours event, you must refer to the event as “Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours”. This wording must appear on invitations you send out.

  • The Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce will charge an admission fee of $5 to non-member guests at the door.

  • Host must provide the Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce the company logo (if not already on file), no less than four (4) weeks in advance of the event.

  • The Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce will provide name tags and sign-in sheets. Chamber of Commerce volunteers will act as greeters to welcome guests and have them sign in.
