Event Description
Thank you for registering to participate in the 2023 BLUE & BBQ FALL FESTIVAL! We look forward to you joining us as this even bring more than 5,000 community members together, to celebrate with an exciting parade, great food, vendors, wonderful music, and family friendly activities.
  • PLEASE READ EACH REGISTRATION BEFORE MAKING A SELECTION! You will see selections for Farmer's Market, Commercial Businesses, Political Figures and Non-profits. As well as a selection for Parade Entries and Food Trucks. Chamber Members in good standing receive a discount on booth fees.  Booth fees will vary. 
  • Booths are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • The registration deadline is Sunday, August 6, 2023.  Late or incomplete registrations will not be accepted.
  • Booth fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. No exceptions.
  • Booth sharing is not allowed.  Only one business/organization per booth is permitted.
  • Vendors must have active liability insurance. Upon Registration, please send a copy of your Certificate of Insurance to fountainvalleychamberinfo@gmail.com. General Liability limits must match or exceed $1,000,000, list the Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce as the "Certificate Holder" and be valid through the day of the event. If you need an example of Insurance Requirements, please inquiry at the email address above.
  • The Chamber will communicate with you leading up to the event via EMAIL.  Please be sure to add us to your contacts list (fountainvalleychamberinfo@gmail.com) to ensure our messages don't end up in your junk folder.  You will receive an email from us with further guidance upon the completion of this registration, so please check your inbox!
